Sue Hare, LCMT, President of NEMMT is both a licensed and nationally certified
Massage Therapist as well as the proprietor of N.E.
Medical Massage Therapy, which opened its doors in 2000.
Sue graduated from the Massage Institute of New England
in January 2000 with certificates in Swedish Massage and
Neuromuscular Therapies. Since then she has furthered
her training in the many facets of Medical Massage,
Orthopedic Massage, Sports and Deep Tissue therapies, certified Reiki I as
well as completing coursework at the Boston University
School of Medicine. Sue is also certified to provide
Pregnancy Massage and Hot Stone Therapy. Sue is a 1984 graduate of Dean Junior College with an Associate's Degree and also a 1987 graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, from where she has a BFA in Interior Design.

Adam Parrett received his
certificate in 1998 from the Muscular Therapy Institute
in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Since then he has worked in
various medical practices including physical therapy and
sports training facilities. From 1997 to 2002 Adam had
been the premier muscular therapist for the Kraft Soccer
Group in Foxboro, Massachusetts where he assisted with
modalities of massage therapy and rehabilitation for the
Revolution, New England’s Major League Soccer team.
In the past, the U.S. Soccer team has called upon him
for Olympic Qualifiers. Adam’s advanced studies and
training are focused in Medical and Sports Massage
Therapy and Respiratory Therapy.
Lili comes to NEMMT in 2007 after graduating at the top of her class at the Massage Institute of New England. She has been an assistant instructor at MINE, teaching Intro to Swedish Massage, Fundamentals of Massage, Intro to Deep Tissue and Host Stone electives. Lili's practice emphasizes therapeutic deep tissue treatment for pain that can result from Repetitive Stress Injury (RSI), poor postural habits, muscular/skeletal imbalances and accidents. Her treatments also incoporate orthopedic assessment and stretching. Lili is also certified in Reiki 1, healing stone massage and prenatal massage. She is certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
Jeffrey graduated from the Muscular Therapy Institute, Cambridge MA in June, 2002. Currently, Jeffrey is an Associate Faculty Member of Cortiva-Muscular Therapy Institute, Boston in Watertown, MA, where he teaches business. He is nationally certified by the NCBTMB and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Believing that balance is key, his mission is to educate, develop and motivate the people's understanding of the human body's movement and functions during our daily lives and sports activities. He is certified in the Benjamin System of Deep Tissue Massage, neuromuscular therapy, myofacial release, cranio-sacral and is certified Reiki I. Jeffrey holds a B.S. from Metropolitan State College, Denver CO.
Ruth graduated from
the New England School of Acupuncture in 2003 with a
degree of Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
Being trained in both acupuncture and Chinese Herbal
Medicine, she can combine two powerful healing
therapies. Ruth also has a PhD in applied mathematics
and with this she is able to analyze and assess patients
needs with clarity and precision. In addition to her
training, Ruth has also completed 5 levels of Cranio-Sacral
Therapy.

Maxine Bornstein RN, MS, CIH is
a Registered Nurse with a specialty in Community Health
Nursing from Boston University. She is a reiki Master
Practitioner and reiki teacher having taught hundreds of
students the art and science of reiki. Maxine has been a
private healing practitioner for over 9 years and has
practiced community health and public health nursing for
over 25 years. Maxine is a graduate of the Stillpoint
School of Advanced Healing and is a Certified Intuitive
Healer.
